Vitamin D testing made simple: ZRT has developed and refined Vitamin D testing (both D2 & D3) in dried blood spots. A few drops of blood from a quick and painless nick of the finger are placed on a filter paper to dry. This can be performed easily in the convenience of your own home with an ingeniously designed lancet. IT REALLY IS PAINLESS!
Using cutting edge technology ZRT Laboratory offers reliable, minimally invasive tests covering a range of current health care issues. Our nutritional advisor and vitamin D expert, Dr David Brassey, will then interpret the results (which you receive in full) and advise you what, if any, action should be taken.
It couldn't be simpler! The pack contains full, very easy to follow intructions and everything you need to test your vitamin D levels.
The finger prick is absolutely painless (yes, we've all done it!) and a very clever little device. Once you've collected 5-6 spots of blood on the collecting paper simply let it dry and then send it off using the pre-addressed envelope. Just leave the rest to us. It really is that simple!
The only way to know if you're getting enough vitamin D is to get tested. BetterYou is proud to use the ZRT Laboratory to provide an easy-to-use and painless home test.
The results might surprise you. Case in point: Here's how a few tests came out in September - the results certainly surprised us!
