I play semi-professional football and visit the gym regular. The morning after night matches was always painful as my body would ache from head to toe. Getting out of bed was a struggle in its self. I had many discussions with my GP about bioidentical hormones but just couldn't get any where. Then I trawled the internet and discovered Be You Again.
