Deliveries

1. Free UK delivery for all orders £20.00 and over.

Orders below £20.00 will be subject to a postage and packing fee of £1.95 per order. Orders of £20.00 and above will not be subject to this fee. All UK orders under 0.75kg will be sent to you by first class Royal Mail. Deliveries will normally be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order and received within 48 hours of dispatch. During periods of increased Royal Mail activity (for example during the Christmas period) some delays in delivery service may be experienced. Registered mail deliveries can be organised if requested at point of order at no extra cost.

2. Deliveries within the EU

Customers within the EU (excluding the UK) will be charged £4.95 sterling delivery for each order under 0.75kg. Orders will be sent via International Royal Mail for these orders. Orders over this weight will be advised separately for delivery.

3. Deliveries to be Rest of the World

Deliveries to the Rest of the World will be charged at £7.95 sterling for each order weighing under 0.75kg. Orders over this weight will be advised separately for delivery.

3 Delivery of goods to you

3.1 We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate

3.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is received and this will usually be within 48 hours, but in any event within 7 days of your order.

3.3 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched to you.

4. Lost goods

For orders within the UK: If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your email order receipt please notify us, quoting the order number on your receipt. For orders overseas we ask you to wait 14 days from receipt of order confirmation to allow for international mail transfer delays. Your notification must be either in writing to customerservices@betteryou.uk.com or by calling +44 (0)114 2903679. We will replace any order that has not been received within this timeframe free of charge.

5. Liability:

5.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavour to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the received delivery of the goods in question.

5.2 If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail at our contact address of the problem within 7 days of the date on which you ordered the goods for UK orders and within 14 days for overseas orders.
