Each capsule is prepared in a base of organic brown rice powder. This allows the naturally ‘sticky' nature of the honey to be encapsulated.

Suitable for Vegetarians.
For digestive health maintence: Take two capsules daily. More capsules can be taken during periods of digestive discomfort. Take mid- morning or mid-afternoon when the body is at its most nutritionally receptive.
For holiday health: Take at least two weeks before travelling and then daily while away.
During pregnancy: Take two to four capsules daily.
Keep jar out of direct sunlight. Although the ingredients have been passed as safe for children under 12 always keep supplements away from small children.
